Houston, a Drake Senior, had an outstanding season under first year coach Keno Davis. Like other Drake players, Houston's production dramatically increased his senior season leaving him off all major mock drafts. Houston deserved an invite to the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament for college seniors. Leonard Houston averaged 14.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.4 steals.
Drake University had an outstanding season run short after a triple teamed lucky 25 foot shot found its way through the net. Without the PIT invite, Houston has zero chances of getting drafting.
